Blowout's launch event at Percival Hackney in 2020 was a blast. Despite lockdown glooming over the nation...it was good to see the Londoners come out and support the movement, at this socially distanced event. This party attracted a diverse crowd of attendees due to the event featuring artists from multiple genres (UK Hip Hop, Psych Rock, cloud rap, jazz, UKG, grime, dubstep and drum & bass). There is nothing better than seeing punks and ravers skank together. An accurate summary of this event was: a pair of decks, couple microphones, LED lights, an old vintage shop, talented musicians, good people and a fat rig.
